Cleanliness & Hygiene has always been of paramount importance for our Team!
Now, we have implemented additional measures and special hygiene protocols in accordance to the Government\u2019s guidelines that meet the latest standards on sanitization.
Our sole purpose is to ensure the safety of our guests and team members daily and offer you a stress-free vacation!<\/p>

\u2022 Daily screening of our Team members from all departments with digital thermometer<\/p>

\u2022 Use of recommended protective gear by all of our Team members during their shift

OUR GUESTS<\/strong><\/p>

\u2022 Protective gear such us surgical masks, gloves and hand sanitizer gel offered free of charge to all of our guests \u00a0<\/p>

\u2022 Guests are advised to keep social distancing and follow hygiene measures through special signs in our premises<\/p>

\u2022 Detailed presentation during check-in and continuous update on all of the new hygiene & health measures implemented at The Pinnacle Athens, so our visitors can enjoy a stress free and safe vacation<\/p>

\u2022 Guests are encouraged to report any worrying symptoms so relevant protocols to be activated and help can be offered as soon as possible

PUBLIC AREAS<\/strong><\/p>

\u2022 Frequent and scheduled sanitation of all public areas (walkways, staircase, elevators)<\/p>

\u2022 Hand sanitizers placed at all public areas and team facilities including lobby, lounge & breakfast area, bathrooms and elevators<\/p>

\u2022 Designated signage at all public areas, provide information on protection measures<\/p>

\u2022 Maximum use of our elevators by specific number of guests signed and encouraged<\/p>

\u2022 Key Cards\u2019 Box for used cards secures that all Key Cards during check-in are 100% sanitized and safe to use<\/p>

\u2022 Special Medical Kits prepared and preserved sanitized in case of emergency

<\/p>

SUITES & PENTHOUSES<\/strong><\/p>

\u2022 Longer period of time is ensured between check-out and check-in to allow ventilation and sanitization<\/p>

\u2022 Suites thoroughly sanitized before every check-in by our experienced Housekeepers with the use of steam cleaner<\/p>

\u2022 Deep-clean protocols are followed with particular attention paid to high-touch items (light switches, a\/c controls, tv remotes, door knobs & handles etc)<\/p>

\u2022 All portable electrical appliances and (e.g. kettle, iron etc) are removed from our Suites. A special Request Form is provided in every Suite! This way our guests can simply check whatever they may need (from extra pillows to coffee machine and iron board). Within minutes items are brought in the Suite inside sanitized bags<\/p>

\u2022 Hand sanitizing gel dispensers are installed in every Suite<\/p>

\u2022 Special Suite-Seal placed on doors to indicate to our guests that the Suite has not been accessed after thoroughly sanitized \u00a0
\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

OUR BREAKFAST<\/strong><\/p>

Enhanced standards have been implemented to ensure the best possible hygiene conditions in our delicious buffet breakfast! Sneeze Guards have been placed in the buffet area, while our staff \u2013always wearing safety gear- will be exclusively serving to avoid contact!<\/p>

At the same time sealed Breakfast Boxes (with a variety of selections from Vegan to Mediterranean) will be offered in case our visitors wish to have their breakfast in their Suite!
